On Dec 31st 1:30pm, Staff and church attendant from Sophia Church in Des Moines planned for the January event and activity to sow in tear and reap in joy on Easter.

For the Bible Reading, minister Sharon will read NT 3 chapter from Matthew and OT 2 chapter from Genesis and memorize 3 Bible Verses per day. Staff Nicolas and church attendant Jack will decide the method by Wed.

For the evangelism, from Jan 8- Feb 16, minister Sharon will walk on the 40 days to keep the standard 2-2-2 (the other time is for TM work and rebuild church work) to evangelize at Grandview University which is 5 minutes away from church to set up YEF or AM (to be decided).

Nicolas will start to make evangelism post and create a survey for the students at Iowa State University which is 40 minutes away from Des Moines. Since it is a public state university, it will be must easier to reach out students than the private university like Grandview or Drake.

From Jan 1-Jan 6 will be the time for preparation to renew church website, create new post and survey and have conversation closely with YEF or AM to make great strategy for the new semester.
